Return Policy
If for any reason you would like to return any merchandise, please contact us for a refund authorization number. Returns are accepted for most products under the following conditions:

Contact us at CustomerService@DiscountCardstock.com explaining the reason for your return and obtain a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be written on your packing slip and returned with the package.

The product must be returned to us in re-saleable and undamaged condition and at your expense.

The returned product must be received by us within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.

Any refund amount will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

Minimum restocking fee is $10.00.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Any discounts applied to original shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount.
Please pack the return carefully. DiscountCardstock.com is not responsible for improperly packaged items that are returned to us and we cannot provide a refund for items returned in poor condition.
Returns are not accepted on special order, custom cut, clearance, discontinued, samples, swatch books or Museo products. If a return is received more than 30 days after the date the order was shipped, no refund will be processed. Similarly, any return not accompanied by the packing slip and refund authorization number will not be processed.

As always, if you are in need of an exact color, texture or other characteristic, we recommend you order a swatch book or a sample first.
Every effort is made to ensure that Discount Cardstock fulfills each order correctly. However; if an error is made by Discount Cardstock, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we may work with you to remedy the situation.
